im in taekwondo and a blue belt, im very flexible (i can do the splits) but im still having trouble with technique please help thank you

I do taekwondo and i am a red/ black/ white belt. Not sure if Ur place has the same belts or not. But i have never had to much trouble its all about practice as my instructor says. But I recommend that you focus more on technique than power of quickness. For example, make ur front kicks have a snap and point ur foot on the round house. Keep these things in mind while practicing the kicks punches etc. Also if ur having trouble with the blocks practice in front of a mirror.
