I have rats and absolutely love them, I would like to breed and sell but I want to become a registered breeder. Does anyone know how to go about doing that?
Go to www.usda.gov then you will scroll and click on "more" then once you see Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) click on that it will download registration form and more informtion.
