How do I add contacts to WhatsApp?

In Whatsapp click on "Chats" then you should see in the right top corner a little pen and paper symbol. Click on that- it should say "New contact", click on that and add the name and phone number of the person. For international numbers you need to start writing the number with the country code of their country and then take away the first 0 of the phone number (i.e. for UK: if the phone number is 07123456 then you'll add it like this +447123456).
