I need to know for GCSE Biology but can't find anywhere. Is it just via the bloodstream or what?

Ovaries are ductless (endocrine) glands. They secrete their hormones directly into the blood. The level of hormones in the blood increases and when the blood circulates through tissues of the body, the tissues that need those hormones absorb them from the blood.
BC pills work kinda the same way. The hormones pass from your digestive system into the blood and the tissues that need them absorb from the blood.
