I would like to ask those people who already stopped smoking.
I'm wondering, how did you quit it? Was it hard or easy to quit smoking?
I'm thinking of quitting it in the future so I really want to know.

My mother was a heavy smoker since she was a teenager, she finally quit about 5-6 years ago, she said she used Chantix, it was very effective but it also gave her bad dreams and made her easily irritable at times, but she was able to quit.
Today I'd recommend trying electronic cigarettes. They're a much healthier and cheaper alternative to quit smoking, they have no tar, no harmful additives like carcinogens and the fluid usually contains only three to four ingredients and there are literally hundreds of flavors. They still have nicotine but they also have nicotine free E-fluids, so you still get the hand-to-mouth and the feeling of breathing in the smoke etc. Which is something that a pill or the patch can't give you. There is no second hand smoke because it's just vapor, you don't need to feel guilty about smoking in front of people.
The side effects of E-cigs are basically nothing, you just need to pay attention to the amount of nicotine in the fluid.
Don't think about quitting in the future, do it now as it might be more difficult in the future. To quit smoking is one of the most difficult things you'd ever deal with in your lifetime. The process can be arduous and you may feel hopeless at times, despite having the availability of ways to quit smoking. In my case, I consider myself lucky to have found and tried Laser Acupuncture Therapy from acuquit.com.au. The treatment greatly reduced my craving which helped me not to look for cigarettes, thus, I've never smoked for three weeks now. At the same time, though it's difficult, I can deal with withdrawal symptoms, especially irritability, with the help of the treatment. I must say, do it now and save yourself from smoking, and those around you.
