putting an event of experience into written perspective would be a very complex answer.
if this is a school project I would rather talk about the impact of the black plague as the printing press most likely was an effect of the bubonic plague.
just bring the question down to a simple point and expand on that one point. asking too broad an answer creates too much information that you have to explain.
everything is simple and redundant. to become complex you just keep adding simple and redundant.
