The final episode is called "Adios Diamentina" so I assume they got off the island?

The entire last series has the animals finally arrived on Diamentina, they have been questing for it since the programme began, in the last episode Noah (the bear) tries to persuade the animals that it is safe to stay there but they all board the island and leave without him.
Thanks for the answer! So Noah stays on Diamentina and all the other animals go back on the island and leave again? That's a sad ending. :p
