How did rick braithwaite help in change the students in east end school ?

Hi - Braithwaite wrote 'To Sir with Love'
which was based loosely on his time
teaching in an East End School.
I recommend you get the video of it if possible

Braithwaithe 's character "Sir" is played magnificently by Sidney Poiter.
He teaches the teenagers respect,
+ other things. He makes a big impact on them.
