Not hacks, cheat codes.. or they are spending real dollars to buy gta dollars.. or they are simply playing the game a lot.

You mean hacks? Because there's no cheat codes in Online. Also if they used hacks, why aren't they banned yet since you're only allowed to earn 10 million GTA Online $ a day.
