How could I become a music director?

Music Director huh? well it will really help if you know how to play at least one instrument...
you'll need a natural ability to keep a beat in your head and not lose it...practice by turning on a metronome get the beat in your head then turn the volume off.....wait until the tack is almost over then turn the volume up...see if you lost the beat.. this is not 100% bulletproof.. you need to be able to read scales. identify clefs and accidentals. im a drummer... i play jazz-metal mostly on drumset. and the one thing i regret not learning as soon as i began was pitched percussion... dont wait learn scales.
