Ring them up through their website which you can look up online. Don't click through on links, that might lead elsewhere. Check reviews on Google/Facebook (or else) first.

The first clue is they contacted you, and your second is you never heard of them.

If you want to make investments, go to the local college and take investing classes. Ask the professor what other classes to take. Keep studying until you don't need any advice from anybody.
