Empty the conditioner bottle immediately and let it fill with air, now use it as a flotation device.
Keep the rope for any large pieces of flotsam or jetsam, floating large bits should be tied together to make a rudimentary raft.
The dog is of no use while in the water, except to attract predators, it can be used as food when you reach land, do not consume it or cut it when still in the water.
If you spot any land make for it, if you see clouds on the horizon make for those as they frequently form over land.
