Unfortunately, we focus on wrong things, like a candidate’s charm, his undamaged reputation or his honorable family. None of this has nothing in common with leadership potential. No matter how smart, eloquent or well-educated someone is. If people haven’t accepted that person as a leader in the past, they’ll never take him to heart.
