How Can we get Star Ratings in Google Search Result Pages as we can see in mouth shut, TripAdvisor or any other review website even we have added the star rating code at back-end of every page where required but still when we search in Google for our keywords we didn't found any rating with our webpage in Google Result Page ......

The Google Star Rating is based on user responses and user driven content of your website/blog for which the rating is shown.
For example if you sell "Purple Spatulas", and you have users that review your products on your site and other review sites, and specifically refer to "Purple Spatulas" in the review, then a Star rating may show up on your site when the search term "Purple Spatulas" is used.
Page rank, Seo tags, and content keyword saturation also comes into the equation. The last thing to keep in mind is Google only shows a couple of Star rating per page unless the keyword is in a highly competitive market.
I hope that helps, whatever you do don't get discouraged, We have been doing Internet Marketing for over 6 years, and the search engine criteria is continually evolving to ensure that people get the most accurate results for the information they are looking for.
