How can someone know they're loveable?

It could be your personality or it could be just the way you talk and act. From my experience, more mellow and calm people who do nice things for others are more prone to be "lovable."

How can someone not know they are loveable? That's just a given. You are not born thinking you are unloveable. If that's where someone has arrived then that's what they've been taught to think and psychotherapy should be employed to find their sweet sense of self.
