Please share some effective ways to deal with Insomnia

It all depends on what you define as insomnia.
The very basics starting at the bottom is stop staying up late and don't take naps. Choose a logical bedtime such as 11:00 pm. Get the ready for bed process started at 10:00. A warm bath or shower to relax and unwind. No more playing with electronic devices. Plug them in to recharge and leave them alone. Listen to soothing sounds whether that is sounds of rain or quiet music if you must have background sound.
Read a book.
Take a couple Tylenol PMs or
Visit your health food store and look for these products than can aid in sleep:
Nighty Nite (brand) or Chamomile teas
Serotonin or Tryptophan to help you sleep
Ask your dr about a sleep clinic.
