How can my son lower cholesterol?
My son has had high cholesterol for a quite some time now we're working with the doctor to help him lower it but he does not like vegetables so i was thinking if there are any fruits or something else? Anything but vegetables he does exercise and everything he should do but we need an alternative to vegetables. (Would baby food work?) (He's not a baby)

I know he does not like vegetables, I don't like them either, but I will make myself eat them. I've learned to tolerate broccoli and peas etc. Instead of baby food, I suggest making a fruit and vegetable blend smoothie, they may not taste good, but it's easier to drink vegetables than it is to eat them.
Do not juice your fruit and vegetables: doing so will get rid of the fibers and cause rapid spikes in blood sugar and may lead to mood swings, memory problems and energy problems, just to name a few concerns with juicing.
I also recommend drinking "chlorophyll water" this involves using leafy dark greens and certain veggies and can be very beneficial to your health. It does however have a strong taste, there are different recipes online and on youtube that show you how to make chlorophyll water.
A [little bit] of dark chocolate [not milk chocolate] can really help lower bad cholesterol and help stabilize good cholesterol. Just don't eat too much of it.
