How can I use 4G as my ISP?

Details:

Hello i have just been able to get 4G if i have my phone by the window.
I have found that it is faster then my BT Package and cant get fiber yet :(
Currently i have:
Down: 5.88mbps
Up: 0.27mbps

On 4G:
Down: 6mbps
Upload: 16mbps (What i need to upload and live stream)

I want to use 4G as my internet how would i do this i guess i need a antenna, router and SIM card.
