I've decided that I need a change. New wardrobe, new hair, new disposition, everything. I am 5'1 and a half, I'm African American with Hershey's Milk Chocolate skin, 14, have brown eyes, and short brown hair that touches the middle of my neck. I live in AL, so there aren't many good good stores to shop at. What I really want to do is whiten my teeth, grow my hair, and be the girl everyone wants to be. Could you give me some tips? Like what foods to eat, how to exercise (I don't do it much) and how to change my disposition into an alpha at school and a sweet girl at home? Thanks!
How can I transform myself into a beatuiful girl?

Make sure you trim your hair every now and again, and use products that will care for your hair. Your hair will grow with time. umm you could try popping into see a dentist for a check up - They should clean your teeth and help make it whiter - then it's just a case of brushing twice daily, flossing also.
Food - Everything in moderation! Eat fruit and veg, carbs, protein, sugars, salt (but not too much!), fibre, and vitamins. As a female going through puberty, you need LOTS of iron. Literally. Exercise - Just do small things like sit ups in the morning, start with like 5, then two weeks later move up to 10, etc. (That's just a suggestion), try doing some running, get of the mode of transport a stop early and walk the rest of the way to your destination, join a dance club... There's quite a bit you can do without having to pay to go to the gym :P
Lastly, let nature do it's work on you, and be yourself. After all, you weren't born to please nobody. Be happy with your own body, and the rest will come. Let me know how you get on, good luck!
The Bible speaks highly of being “moderate in habits.” (1 Timothy 3:11)
●So avoid skipping meals or going to extremes in dieting. In contrast, a reasonable eating program, balanced with moderate but regular exercise, will help you look and feel your best. Something as simple as a brisk walk or stair climbing may suffice.
● Dress modestly, and maintain good hygiene. Your dress and grooming are like loudspeakers that broadcast your inner thoughts and attitudes. If your clothing is well-arranged and modest, it will send a very positive message. (1 Timothy 2:9) If it is provocative or sloppy, the message will be loud and clear—and negative!
