The most reliable way is to get a pregnancy test, as many of the early signs can be caused by other things, even the missed period and of course every woman and pregnancy is different.
There are many good sites on line if you Google "early pregnancy signs" of which:-
"Early pregnancy signs & symptoms -NHS Choices
"16 early signs of pregnacy - Parenting.com
Generally the signs are:-
1.Missed Period
2.Nausea (morning sickness)
3.Tiredness/dizziness
3.Backache,Cramps & spotting
4.White discharge from vagina
5.Swollen & tender breasts
6.Peeing more often, constipation.
7.Food type craving/aversion, strange taste in your mouth heightened sense of smell.
There are others and as you can see are caused by your bodies hormones changing.
I will say again, any & all of these can be caused by other conditions (worry & the mind can play very realistic tricks!)
A pregnancy test is the only reliable way, & if negative best to go to the Doc in the unlikelihood of something else needing early attention.
Hope this is of some reassurance & help to you
They say 99% of things we worry about never happen.
Best wishes.
