Im so depressed about my weight. I love food and cooking dreaming of being a cheff but im getting fatter by the min. I dont eat crazy alot but some how i keep growing. Im so depressed ignoring the morror most days and feeling like a monster
How can I stop stuffing my face. I lovee food but hate my size. And Im getting fatter?

Ive always had a mentall isue about food been told im fat since a kid so ive convinced myself they were crazy and im not fat but now i am really gettong bad. And my mind isnt retaining me...im sooo hopeless

If people ever put you down just shut them out. Nobody is perfect but everybody is beautiful in their own way! Find healthy alternatives to the food you like! Make your favorite foods more healthier and go to your doctor and what not. You don't necessarily have to go on a diet, just change what you eat little by little, and try to do a little bit of exercise everyday. A little could go a long ways. Good luck!
Everything starts with baby steps, you should join a local gym and start going on a daily basis, become more active. This will make the mind stronger and will help with the weight loss. I used to weight 300lb and through exercise I am now 200lb I still have a short way to go but I'm here to let you know that it is possible. I was depressed and out of shape. I first started by cutting out pop and slowly i kept progressing. If you need any tips give me a reply I'm here to help :)
You are right food is good and should be enjoyed! And you said you wanted to be a chef, so what is holding you back? So you like to cook, I do to I grew up on the counter in the kitchen watching my mom cook,and a little older smoked well you know, and came up with a lot of my own recipe's that I still cook to day. So l say get in the kitchen and create if you like eating good food, someone is gona want some too.. And last time I checked cooking is a work out in its self. Our restaurant used to pump out over 100 plates per hr. And another thing, and these are the exact words I say to my 10 year old. People will judge you, every one does it whether they and u want to or not. But look and watch other people. Every one is different, like that chick over there she must be a size one, well more power to her she can just go on with her chicken legs, shopping in the kids section. But look at me, holly crap look at your dad. I got bones so you your dad an I were not ment to be small little things i f I were 100 lbs how sick would I look ewweh and I did not grow out of my baby fat I grew into it! And she replied, ya how funny would I look at 45lbs. And my big ol butt crack! I' d be nothing but head, hair, and butt crack. So what I am trying to say to her and you is people will talk and so what, if you know who you are and how you feel they don't matter. Like my mom said if it dont feel good dont do it.you can have a pitty party or, You set your own mind to how you feel and if cooking and tasting good food makes you happy, taste and enjoy and share your talents.
Hi ! If you get the hungries between meals and do not want to gain much weight then try eating already popped popcorn that you can purchase in any store and any variety that you want ! It can be plain , buttery ,salty or what ever you like ! While eating the popcorn you can drink water or a diet drink ! Take care and thanks
