How can I split 53 hours and 53 minutes into 2 weeks for the whole month?

I was wondering how can i possibly split 53 hours and 53 minutes into 2 weeks for the whole month? I am trying to figure out how many hours would add up to 53 then split into 2 weeks?

Added 3+ months ago:

for example if i mama working 56 hours and 33 minutes some days would have 2 hours & the rest would be 1 hour all adding up to 28 hours when split into 2 (28+28=56)
