I've a lot of goals, but one of my biggest goals is to be able to run 1 mile in the 6-7 minute mile range. We are doing this for a class in order to pass. (P.E.) My best run is 11 minutes. But I really don't know how to run that fast in 7 minutes. Any advice or tips on how to train for it so I can pass?

I agree with^^^ you should probably start running outside of school. Also go a little faster in the beginning to get away from a group of people so you can go as fast as you want. When running pace yourself but push yourself at the same time. Give it your all and you should come out triumphant.
P.s. Don't run the day before the mile because it tires you out!
