I have been issued with a written warning at work. I'm well aware that I've made mistakes, and I feel this is a fair and reasonable ( though unfortunate) step for my Manager to take.
I'm looking for advice on how to handle this, both practically and psychologically, as I want to demonstrate that I'm keen to improve, but this has knocked my self-confidence, and I feel ashamed and embarrassed about it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
How can I respond positively to a Written Warning given at work?

Try working extra hard and try doing a little more focused and try not to make as many mistakes or if you can maybe try and convince them that you can be amazing maybe tell your manager and then as you go back to get on with your work give them a present it is hard to say no to a present
Sorry if I wasn't much help
