How can I remove this error sign that keeps popping on my screen whenever I turn my PC on?

Details:

(I want to show the picture I screened shot but there's no option of adding file/pictures)

It says on the message

RunDLL
"There was a problem starting FestivitiesGroove.dll
The specified module could not be found."

I think my niece downloaded something, I'm not sure. Can anyone help?
