Just a guess, but I'd try heating up the bowl, so the nylon softens, and scooping it out with a silicone spatula. If your bowl is actually aluminum (and not stainless steel), then I'd just throw it away. There's controversy over the dangers of cooking with and eating from aluminum. (Note that aluminum cans actually have a coating inside.) I use non-stick pans, that have an aluminum base, and whenever the non-stick surface gets scratched (which I do pretty well to avoid by never using metal utensils in them), I throw that pan away.
