i am an international and a non citizen or residence and i go to school in the united states i currently going to school. i want to voluntarily give up my parental rights which would be in the best interest of the child. the first time it happened i bought her the plan B and she did not take it. so i left to another state for months with no contact with her. so i thought everything was ok. she could me a couple months later saying that she is pregnant so i told her that i am not fit to be a parent i have no were to stay i have no house i am only in the country to attended school. i can not work and i do not have a work permit. the school that i attended gave me a full scholarship so they pay for living and food. i told this girl i can not help my self so i can not be in a child's life. i told her i was leaving back to my country after my schooling is finish she still insist on going to court to get a child support claim. i told her i do not want a child right now because i have no family support or any one help me in america. so i think everything is in the best interest of the child to terminate my parental rights to avoid the child having future emotional problems. how can i go about terminating and will the judge see this decision as in the childs best interest?
How can I relinquishing my parental rights?
