In school I can't make new friends in my new class because my old friends (in the same class), don't want to hang out with them?

Find common occupation for you all. When your old friends will see that they have something in common with your new friends they will more likely take them into your company. It can be some common hobbies, some special talents of your new friends, etc. Anything you can find out.
First you need to make it clear to your friends that you DO NOT want to hang out with them.
The people that you should be heading for is the least popular people. They are usually really nice and would love to have a new friend. They will usually ask you why and you should just say that your old friends were really mean and they should take some sympathy.
One you get these new friends invite them round after school to your place and be very, very nice to them and continue doing this maybe once very 1-2 weeks.
Hope I can be of help!!
Real friends will let you make friends with other people. In my shoes, I hated it when my best friend made new friends because I'd thought she'd spend too much time with them and forget about me. I was so wrong. Of course she remembered me and I didn't mind her friends either. Even if your friends don't want you to make new friends, you should. Even though being social sometimes isn't a good thing, it sometimes is.
