Before I get to the main question, I will prompt you with some short facts about my current state:
I'm 23 and I already studied journalism for two years before I enrolled in a film school where I study film editing currently.
But the thing is, I don't really feel that I learned something there and I really wanna change my film school and enroll in another one where I can study documentary film (a course which is not offered in my current school). Also, the school is in another country which means lots of costs and investments.
So, at the age of 23 I don't really feel alright for my parents paying all my expenses, to be honest, I'm starting to feel guilty, especially because I'm studying art, something which is not stable and concrete, where almost everything depends on your emotional investment which takes courage and self-confidence (something I lack and struggle with) and it takes time and money (something I don't really have).
Still, I don't wanna just give up on something that consumes my mind and being so much. Film is my great love and although I still experiment with it and still try to find my position in that field (which can build up tension if you study in a film school with a strict system) I don't want to quit just like that.
I'm still interested in journalism so I find documentary film is a heavenly blend of film and journalism, which is why I want to enroll in that other film school.
But, I don't want my parents to pay for my further experiments and downfalls of self-confidence and my own questioning. I want to have my own money which I can then use free of guilt to examine who I really am and how I really wanna pursue film.
I'm ready to skip one year of school in order to make enough money so I can move and secure a normal life while studying.
Any ideas or experiences?
I know this question may sound 'dreamish' but I just can't give up and continue with some life I'm not happy with, or give up my biggest passion just to ask myself later "what if?"
So, what are the chances, how can I make money to enroll in my dream school?
I would need approx. 10 thousand for the beginning.
How can I make money to enroll in my dream university?

You don't say what country you are in, and that might have a bearing on what you should do. And whatever you do, you are starting your education at an age when other people have finished theirs. You are already five years behind. I suggest you make a new plan.
Get a simple job and a cheap pad within walking distance. That is so you don't have to waste your money on transportation. Save half of everything you earn. Yes, half. To start, keep your savings in gold or silver coins which you do not store in anybody else's vault. (IOW hide them at home.) Spend your evenings studying investment books at the public library. When you are smart enough then you can make other investments. If you earn ten bux an hour and save half, in only ten years you will have A HUNDRED THOUSAND BUX not counting interest or capital gains or paper profits: only principle. There is no other plan that will give you a net worth above zero in only ten years. And there is no school that will teach you any such thing.
Does this plan work? Andrew Carnegie worked five years, saved his wages, and then put it all into a tech stock: telegraph. His name is well known in USA. His hobby was building concert halls and libraries.
