My husband is 23 years old and is already dealing with male pattern baldness. To make things worse, he also has a case of folliculitis that just won't seem to simmer. The doctors told him the best way to keep the folliculitis at bay is to let his hair grow out, but due to the male-pattern baldness, it's not really something he wants to do. So I'd like to know if it's possible to maintain folliculitis even with a shaven head?
