I think am average, but i really do need a figure(which am lacking no matter how much i exercise). Is there any possible way to reduce the tummy, cause crunches ain't helping anymore

it might take a while to get the tummy in sink but here is what i do i take fiber it helps you feel full watch your carbs and your sugar intake theses are very important watch your calorie intake protein is also needed you have to read your labels walk exercise for 30 minutes a day fresh vegetables and fruits are also good
