i weigh 148 lbs, im 18 years old and workout 4-5 days a week each time i do cardio and twice i do legs and back and twice i do arms and abs.

i drink plenty of water (i dont like pop) and eat pretty healthy too so i dont understand why im not losing and weight. i only drink almond milk eat 6 small portioned meas and don't eat after 9 o clock, i give myself two cheat meals a week (usually on the weekend)

i am doing competitive cheer leading soon and i would LOVE to be a flyer

please please please help me!
