I've been trying to loose weight for quite some time now. I have always been a heavy set girl, but it never really bothered me I guess til I hit 250. I've tried everything from diet pills, eating healthy, working out, being consistent on all of those, and still ended up gaining weight. (not muscle, i had a scale that told me weight, body fat, muscle, etc) I've went to a doctor, to see if everything is okay, and my doctor tells me i'm healthy, and nothings wrong with me. But I personally don't feel that way. I gained 40 pounds over a period of a couple months and the pounds just keep coming. I've tried herbalife, which helped me loose 20 pounds, but after looking it up, it's not as good for you as they say, also very bad for the kidneys. So I stopped that, and now I have gained it back within in a month of being off it, and all i've done is eat healthy and work out. At this point, i'm just really needing some answers, or if someone else has had this happen to them..

As you said Eating healthy? What kind of food, I once had this problem, had about 120 pounds for 1 year and I decided to work out, do sports, and become a vegetarian. Also don't drink high sugar drinks like Coke, Sprite or Mountain Dew etc. . I hope this answer helped. Try to stop drinking pills.
First of all, you "lose" weight. What you want is your pants to become "loose."
Secondly, the easiest way to lose weight is by getting your body in motion. Every part of your body you can move, or exercise, will send chemical signals to start the process of energizing your muscle fibers in the area. In so doing, they will become "fat burners." This will increase your metabolism, and this, more than anything, results in the loss of unwanted fat. You see, bodybuilders even burn fat while they sleep, because their metabolism is so much higher than that of non-exercising people. That's why in all of those "dancing" weight loss videos you see people doing many different movements, many different body parts are in constant motion, and they use their own body weight as natural resistance.
So, start some sort of at-home program where you do squats, leg thrusts, burpees, lunges, sit ups, push ups, side twists, calf raises, and so on, and you will be on your way.
sometimes it can depend on where about you are trying to lose weight if you were trying to lose thigh fat you would avoid exercises such as squats and if you are trying to lose stomach fat push ups and sit ups can help to lose leg/thigh fat long distance runs/jogs, swimming and maybe trying walking or jogging up a couple flights of stairs with the eating healthy part that could depend on how much your eating in a meal if you lower your portions and add more nutrition it could help, for drinking try to avoid alcohol and also advoid orange and apple juice it may seem healthy but contains a lot of sugars If you drink tea or coffee don't use sugar use sweetner its healthier also avoid milkshakes belive it or not they contain more sugar than a Lucozade also avoid energy drinks but you can drink them after a run don't drink fizzy drinks like coke, sprite, fanta etc drink mostly water or sugar free flavoured water , there is also something else I can help you with if you tend to snack on chocolate and sweets during the day don't completely cut it out of your diet what I did was every night at around 8:00pm I would have a chocolate bar or something sweet I hope this helped x
