You are dreaming. Fat is made of carbon and hydrogen. The only way it comes out of the body is if it is turned into carbon dioxide and water and then it comes out through the lungs. So that involves a lot of heavy breathing, and that means jogging or aerobic dancing. Figure on losing one pound per week when you are doing things right.
If you want to lose weight, you should know what to eat and what are the right exercises to burn fat. If your goal is ONLY to really lose weight , you should avoid doing exercises like push ups and sit ups. These exercises make your muscles stronger and it doesn't burn calories that much( I mean these exercises burns calories but only a little). If you really want to get rid of that belly fat you should start moving! You could start by jogging. Jogging for 20 minutes could burn 10 times more calories than doing 100 sit ups. If you don't feel to jog, You could start by dancing! Dancing is a great way to burn calories! Dancing also burns 10 times more calories than doing 250 push ups!!! As I said a while ago, You should start by moving!! You could go outside and play soccer or basketball or even ride a bike. Burning calories isn't really hard and others think that it is hard because they don't know what is the proper way to burn them. Going to the gym and start lifting weights is the first thing that comes to the mind of people who wants to lose their belly fat but that thing is not the solution to burn huge amount of calories. Lifting weights are for the muscles and not for burning huge amount of calories. Jogging,dancing, or playing basketball outside with your friends burns calories 10 times than lifting weights!! You should also look at what you are eating! It's fine to eat a lot as long as you are eating healthy. Don't skip dinner or lunch to lose weight because that is just so stupid! For me, to lose weight is to eat a lot... eat a lot of healthy foods!! Eat foods that are rich in carbohydrates like rice,pasta, or bread. Eating burgers from Mcdonald's are fine! I don't get it when other says burgers are not healthy. What's wrong with eating buns which are actually breads, and some vegetables inside a burger. Sodas like coke and pepsi are the drinks that you should never drink!!! Those drinks are unhealthy. You should avoid eating junk foods like chips,lays or whatever! Chocolate bars are no! no! no! You should quit eating junk foods and eat a lot of healthy foods!! What I mean healthy is not just eat salads and stuff like vegetable wonderland and thingies... You could also eat meat which are rich protein. Your big fat belly will magically disappear in 3 weeks when you follow the things that I said! Trust me!
