My dog recently had a back injury that the vet doesn't think she'll ever fully recover from. Due to the injury she has some loss of strength in her back legs. I want to let her sleep in the bed with me like normal. I've already looked at bed railings, but I haven't found any that are long enough to block the whole bed. Is there any other way I can keep her from jumping off the bed?

How did she get on the bed? If she is strong enough to jump up, she is strong enough to jump down. However there are lots of ways to provide a stairway. Anybody who works in wood even a little bit can make a carpeted stairway for your dog. A lot of people have stairs built for their aging dogs to climb onto the bed. Twenty bux at Petsmart.
