How can I help kids memorise quotes as a game?

Hi everyone ♡ 
I'm gonna be working with kids in a class, and one of my activities is to help them memorise some quotes. So, I need to figure out creative ways to do it. 
For example, I can write the words, each one in a little piece of paper, and ask them to place them in the write order. 
Another way is asking each one of kids to say one word of the quote out loud in the right order. so everyone says one word until it's done. 

Can you think of any other creative way? 
I need to find ways that make thw work more creative ans more like a game to the kids.

Personally, I would tempt them with pizza. 

"If you all study and memorize these quotes, I'll give you pizza."

It'll work, trust me.

Okay, now for real, you could do a match game? You know, draw a line to the quote which matches the name of the person who came up with it? Or you could do a crossword puzzle, the names being the one's that you find?

I know this is not a helpful answer, but I think it could at least give you a little bit of an idea.
