How can I get rid of a bruise on my leg very quickly?

it just has to wear off basically whats it from if you don't mind me asking you basically have to let it run its course if you think its small or two big you can use a bandaid and put over it if thats not the case you could just have to wait it out it should be gone with in a week or so
