you cant " get her to do it ". but if she is interested also, then talk about it. my wife and I did that very thing. watching movies, she started to like imagining that the guy was screwing her which I liked. she also learned that girl/girl scenes made her very hot. we have been with other couples and with single males and females and it was great. didn't hurt us at all. so different strokes for different folks. but - you cant talk her into it if she isn't interested.
