My fish called Fudgy lives with guppies, plata and albinos. The poor little guy hides all day long in this little hole thing or hides in the plant. He is always last to get to food and swims slowly. However when I introduced him to his new home he got stuck in the bag with no water for a few seconds. We managed to get him out but he did show signs of stress that day. That was 2 months ago yet he is so shy... how can I help him? What should I do?

Awe...poor fish! Maybe he doesn't like the other fish. You could put him in a separate bowl for a while and see if that helps. Or maybe, if you have a light shining on him, try turning it off. You could also try putting a light nearby to see if he likes it (if you don't already have one).
Thank you nora-lovesanimals. I am not sure if putting Fudgy in a bowl would be a good idea. I have a net to get him out with but... i just don't feel right doing that. I have a light at the top of my tank which we put on about three times a week, to stop mold growing. Fudgy is becoming a bit less shy...but even as i speek he is hiding in his little house. Thank you for replying it is very appreciated and i will try not to put the light on any more to see if this helps. thanks, Nicole139
