I've always had chicken legs. They're so bony and it makes me feel kind of insecure, yet people always get mad at me for it. Regardless, I'm just looking to tone my legs so they can look better. I'm mainly concerned about my ankles, or thighs for that matter. Your help will be highly appreciated. Thanks for reading!

I would suggest squats because they use most of muscles in the leg and boost you testosterone level so you can grow muscles in them , do squats without weight first and make sure your form is right then you can use weights. do this minimum 2 times a week because your legs need rest and recovery to grow, dont give up and plan for a long term goals nothing will grow overnight
