He'd probably need to be on deathbed and ask whether it's got any sports in it, in which case you'll say: "Fencing. Fighting. Torture. Poison. True love. Hate. Revenge. Giants. Hunters. Bad men. Thenceforth he's hooked.
FYI, there was a recent amateur version of the film, made by ~50 A list actors (including rob reiner, his now deceased father and cary elwes themselves), almost every scene. Highly amusing. It's called "princess bride home movie", go watch that and don't get too worked up about that kid.
