Hello,
I'm civil engineering student, I'll graduate in August 2016, my GPA is about 3.81 out of 4.00
I preparing for toefl and gre ,I'm doning them in August too.
I tried online tests and get 95 in TOEFL and 150+160 in GRE.
I want to do Master or Ph.D in US, but i can't afford to pay the fees, so I'm looking for a scholarship or an admission with full financial aid...
I don't know where to start from or which universities i should contact.
Please help me :)

Financial aid in the US tend to be for American citizens only, but you might be able to find independent organisations that offer scholarships who will be willing to sponsor an international student - depending on the grades, of course, and other factors that would depend on the scholarship.
