How can I get a girl to like me when she likes someone else?

So there's this girl I've loved forever, but to her we're just best friends. She likes this one guy who's sooooooo much more awesome than I am. How can I get her to like me back when she likes him? If you have any ideas at all, I'd love to get your advice! keep in mind when you're answering that I'm really really shy around her. Infact, I'm too shy to even talk to her, we just email eachpther.

Ask for her number. Then text each other and get to know her. Then once you've figured out if she likes you or not, tell her or don't. But try not to ruin the friendship.

Here's a little trick... Start texting her and while doing so, demonize the guy she likes, or if your close to the guy (I know this sounds bad) demonize her to him. If she gets hurt by him, that is your chance and be there for her in her time of need and she'll give right in.

You can't, just try telling her how you feel in an email and when she is no longer with that guy she might go out with you. There is no way (morally or ethically) to get her not to like the other guy, just let time run it's course and wait.
