i have remove my self from junk list but still get their mail sent to me in my accounts and was told that if i do it once through you all here it will get rid of them but not all the mail that goes into inbox or spam is junk but i want to make sure that once i marked it as junk i do not receive anymore email from them can you help me on that cause i am sick of unscribing every other day to the same 150 mails for the last 6 months and still getting mail from them a week later
