how can i divide a file online and then download it ?
becouse the pc i work with it has cyberoam client software and it does not allow me to download files more than 30 MB !
but i want to download file that are more than 30 MB !?

Answer

You can't as the file that was originally uploaded and made available for download is a complete package. There is no (publically) available software that will let you alter it or modify the packet contents to enable multipart download.
