When I say design, i don't mean make it and then buy it so I can use it in real life, nononono...... I mean I want to design my own phone, with their own looks. Please help!

Please remember that design is not an easy task. The cellphone system was developed in the late 80s and it took another fifteen years before you could carry a phone in one hand. If you were able to do any such thing, you would not be asking for help here. You would not need help.
