Have you tried going to programs and features and uninstalling it? If you have already done that then respond back to me. If not try going there and doing that.
I can't ding it at programs. Usually, I press Windows button and R, then put devmgmt.msc to fling this stereo. I have to delete it every time when I open my laptop.
