I'm 13 and I have a huge family with about 10 cousins, they all go to good private schools while I'm in a public school and not even doing well. My parents always tell them that I've been average while I've been getting Ds and Fs. They always call my trash and wish I was as good as everyone else. Now it's newring the end of the year and I'm getting Fs and Ds and I don't think I'll pass so they said they won't let me take summer school which means I have to repeat and all my cousins will know. How do I deal with the dissapointment

Also I have about 25 uncles and aunties who will laugh at me because I'm the only one in the family who is about to repeat 8th grade

I have a older sis who's situwation is actually the same. I think you need to focus on everything in class try and review everything that you did in class the same day. There are many things on the web to help like worksheets, sample teste papers, etc. My sister.was really week but she has improved because of these tips and now for the disappointment part the best way would be to talk to a friend and convinced yourself to work harder on any thing you are disapointed about or just focus on something else. Just remember don't lose your confidence because marks and grades just show some numbers and letters. Good luck.
