I have been trying to create an Amazon account with a US address and billing address but with a non-US credit card number ? I live outside America and I use a US VPN server ( I have no with IP or DNS leaks) ,but I always get an error message from Amazon when trying to create the account.
How can I create an Amazon account with a US billing address and a non-US credit card ?
