How can I get several independent companies under one central company that micro manges if you will the other companies? I'm in the process of starting a clothing company and once that gets up and going I want to venture into a lot of different industries. I was thinking of a merger but that would (correct me if I'm wrong) just make each independent company into a single entity correct?
